Residential: No fee
Commercial*: .02 cents
Each application will include:
A.) Proof of insurance ($300,000. General Liability)
B.) A security deposit of:
1.) $2,000 contractors with previous satisfactory work in Augusta.
2.) $4,000 new contractors
