Upon application approval, a permit fee based upon actual square footage will be assessed:
New Construction** .12 cents
Renovation: .07 cents
Minor Structures*: .05 cents
**New construction not served by city sewer will require the submission of a sub-surface waste water disposal application, prepared by a licensed soil scientist.
*Porches, decks, garages with 4 or less vehicles, sheds 250 sq. ft. or less; agricultural barns under 500 sq. ft.
