Upon application approval, a permit fee based upon square footage is assessed:
New Construction: .18 cents
Renovation: .13 cents
Minor Structures*: .05 cents
*Porches, decks, shed under 250 sq. ft., agricultural barn under 500 sq. ft. and parking lots.
Note: Commercial applications require (3) sets of plans prepared by a design professional.
